Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of User's right to Services or to access the Site. Miscellaneous: The failure by Fun Films and Music Entertainment to exercise in any respect any right provided herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
